Concerning the activities of our Diocese's observance regarding the Armenian Genocide, we are attaching photos of the conference held in Baghdad on 23 May, 2015 at Milia Mansour Hotel.
The photo of the panel shows Prof. Dr. Nicolai Hovhanessian from Armenia (far left), next to him is Prof. Dr. Salih Zahir Al-Deen from Lebanon and on the far right is Prof. Dr. Ashot Melkonian (from Armenia). The Armenian professors were pleasingly surprised at the ability of our Diocese to organize such a High-Level conference. They were also very surprised upon visiting our Armenian institutions in Baghdad including the Senior Citizens' Home.
